CVS Pharmacy

CVS has been my pharmacy for years. Their pharmacists are knowledgeable and I absolutely adore the Pharmacy Manager, Justin Hardy, he's always so helpful.

They had my RX ready to go. They are fast and friendly service as always.

Str# 10255, since I have moved from Connecticut to Arkansas I have noticed a huge difference in service here. In Ct. Prescription's were ready on time and complete, all medications were always available. Since moving to Arkansas I have had to wait or return the next day for every Prescription I've needed. 2 medications ( Diltiazem and Metoprolol) were not even available at thos store, so I was forced to use another pharmacy. A Prescription call in by the hospital at 8:00pm on Tuesday was not ready on WEDNESDAY afternoon, I was told I still had to wait an hour, or purchase it as over the counter from the front store, (which I did) and then was called on Friday to pick up the Prescription... ridiculous. How can there be such a difference is beyond me. I guess being closer to Rhode Island has its advantages.

I'M SICK AND TIRED OF DEALING WITH THE STAFF AT THE VAN BUREN ARKANSAS CVS PHARMACY. THEY ARE VERY VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. IF I CAN I'LL BE CHANGING PHARMACIES. I'M TIRED OF THE RUDENESS OF THE STAFF. I'LL BE LETTING PEOPLE KNOW HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE AND WILL ALSO LET ALL MY DR'S KNOW. I HAVE TRYED TO BE POLITE WITH THEM AND NOTHING CHANGES. U WILL PROBABLY BE LOOSING A LOT OF PEOPLE BUSSENESS BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY ARE TREATED. SOME THING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS ASAP.

If I could give them no stars I would!! Had to get my daughters medicine filled before we went home, she had just had oral surgery. She had 4 meds, they filled 3 and then the pharmacist (rudely) told me the 4th would be a while. We live 45 minutes away.... I took the same script up the street and had it filled in less then 10 mins!!!

Great service. Very efficient, respectful and educational! Highly recommend!

Friendly competent staff.

The pharmacy is so slow clueless ..... No matter if you drop off scripts early they still can't fill them in a day ... Drive thru is the slowest.... The other staff in store up front is great just pharmacy sucks !!!!!
