Had never been to their stores but was pleasantly surprised at the prices and the quality of the merchandise today. I bought 6 bowls and it cost me less than 12 dollars! Need to find their store in San Jose as well.

The wait was not that long either since they had 3 cashiers busy helping customers pay.

I love going to Daiso. They have many useful items for school, cooking, parties, storage, snacks, household goods and more. During the holidays they have seasonally themed merchandise. A majority of the items are $1.50 but some maybe more. The items that cost more will have a small sign or tag in front of it. The quality of there products are better that the usual Dollar Store items. Not only is this store useful, but fun! If you have never been in there. Check it out. Daiso is located near Dave and Buster’s in the mall. Go early before noon if you want to avoid lines on the weekends. Have a fun time shopping.

It’s interesting to see Daiso here in United States that sells 100 yen items at US$1.75. Not all items are at US$1.75. Small store located inside Great Mall. They do have some clearance items and some products are not seen in Asia.

I almost never leave bad reviews, but today when I visited, there was a male cashier with glasses that was incredibly rude & disrespectful towards me while checking out my items despite me being polite at first. I’m not sure if it’s the same cashier that other negative reviews have mentioned, but nonetheless I would steer clear of this Daiso location if you want more respectful customer service

the prices of the items were overpriced, unlike the actual prices in asia, and the cashier was rude and ignorant of the fact that a sign (for the Sanrio blanket) said that it was $5.25, but she insisted that it was $6.25 because of what her monitor said… she didn’t even try to check the sign to clarify. such a bad experience there..
