The delivery of a hospital bed and other items for my 95 year old mother in-law was completed by Ken Fields. Ken was caring, kind and professional during his time setting up the bed as well as sharing stories of his time caring for his parents. A truly nice man!

Your corporate customer service through Columbus, Ohio is poor. It might even be worse than poor. When I finally was connected to the Wheeling, West Virginia office I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service, the deliveries, and the conversations that I had with the Wheeling, West Virginia Dasco staff. In particular Amanda who is either the dispatcher or an assistant did a great job. Tyler, Ken and Jonathan also did a great job. They provided professional service, arrived when scheduled, and have obviously been professionally trained as they knew what they were talking about and assisted me and knowing what I was doing. I can't say enough things about their service.
The next time I accidentally have to go through Columbus, I will take names and notes and give you feedback however I'm hoping I never have to speak to that area again. I am a loyal customer to Wheeling West virginia. Wanted you to know how good Dasko is here.

Amanda & Johnathon were absolutely so incredible. I was returning equipment and needed to do it quickly because I had a flight later that afternoon. They interrupted their lunch break to receive the equipment so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Now that’s customer service and I am grateful!
