We planned a trip to SoCal and were looking to break up the drive. Being a Wyndham rewards member, I booked the Days Inn by Wyndham Lost Hills motel. We arrived about 7:30 pm. There weren't a lot of vehicles in the lot. Check in was quick and easy. The desk person was friendly and efficient. The lobby/breakfast room was clean and well organized. Our room was nearby, on the second floor. The room was clean and decorated tastefully. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked well (the outdoor temperature was in the 40's during the night). This motel has been here for a while, and there were some maintenance issues. The rim of the sink was moldy and cakes with cleaner. The outlet for the sink and bathroom should be replaced. Overall, though, we were comfortable. The motel offers complimentary breakfast for guests. There was a decent selection. We found it to be sufficient, stocked well, and tasty. I would stay here again.

This is not a fancy hotel, but the rooms were clean and quiet and great front desk service.

Not a lot of options for breakfast in the morning, but they will have Coffee, toast, cereal, yogurt and waffle maker. Just enough to get you going for the day. 😀

Dennys restaurant a short walk across the parking lot. Other options close as well, within walking distance.

This motel is a mixed bag. The beds are comfortable, the linens clean, and the finishes fairly new. But the room was banged up with lots of paint chips, the faucet in the tub ran hot water continuously, the packing film was never removed from the fridge and was peeling off all over, the fridge couldn't quite freeze 4 16oz water bottles overnight, the tv had the worst picture, and the continental breakfast was little more than a waffle machine and fake syrup. The room was about 95deg F when we got there and it took a few hours to cool down. The air conditioner was soooooooo noisy it was hard to sleep. It was an irregular noise that was constantly changing. Without the ac it quickly turned sweaty hot and that jot water leak in the bath made it muggy. They made me sign a waiver stating that I understood we were in an agricultural area and that rodents and roaches could get in, though happily, we were rodent and roach free.

They are going to reply that they would have given me another room had I only told them, but the place was booked solid all weekend and the cleaning staff is in there every day. They knew about the leak. They knew it was super hot in there before we checked in. Sadly this is still probably the best choice in this town.

If you are staying in Lost Hills, I suggest getting Indian food from the food truck by the KOA. It was excellent.

Clean rooms, super quiet. Breakfast definitely left a little bit to be desired.
Stayed here for a week working nights, and the manager waived the early check-in fee. The room was super quiet. Lots of food options nearby, and two miles down the road is a Mexican grocery store.....on a side I always pull out the filters for the AC just to check and surprisingly they were spotless.....

Was tired and traveling home alone so decided to see if this place would be a safe place as a solo female traveler because I was too tired to keep driving. So happy I did is this place will be kept in my stops if I need rest, As I have to travel quite a bit in the next year.

I felt safe staying here. The parking lot is very well lit up. The staff was super friendly. Nice clean rooms, I loved the floors. The beds and pillows are SUPER comfortable. It looks like they are remodeling, can't wait to see what's new. Will def stay here again.

Room was drafty and the door didn’t close all the way. I stayed from Monday to Friday morning and they didn’t change the sheets once. I stayed for work so the quality of the room wasn’t very important to me.
