Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I called to ask about a nebulizer and the woman acted as if I was the biggest idiot on the planet. I've never had to get one before so I called to ask some questions. Her exact words was 'I don't know who you think you are but you are not going to walk in here with a prescription and walk out with the machine. That's not how it works' then laughed at me. I said mam that's why I'm asking questions about what I need to do. I will NEVER go to or recommend any person to ever go there. She was rude, mean and very disrespectful.

Very Discriminating against the Medicaid Pations. They refuse to help medicaid patients and that is Wrong!!!! There is No excuse excepted. This place is very discriminatory against the low income population in the Ohio Valley. No matter what for insurance you have whether it's Medicaid Medicare private I don't care what it is they should be made to take any insurance this is bullcrap

They look down their nose at anyone that use any kind of state help like medical card ... one person even said to me “ what do you expect from a medical card “ I said same that I expect if I was useing cash . Very rude people there .
