I love DejaVu for all my skincare needs! All of their clinicians are top-notch, you can’t go wrong with any of them! The front desk staff is so helpful and welcoming- especially Christi! She’s always so upbeat on the phone, she is knowledgeable about all of the treatments offered and she works with my busy schedule to get me in for treatments. I never leave reviews but I have to this time because of what an amazing experience I had. I was a little nervous because this is my first time getting botox and Jessica was AMAZING. She's so friendly, well educated and explained everything to me, and made me feel so at ease, 10/10. If you are nervous definitely ask for Jessica.

Love everything about Deja Vu medspa.
The science behind everything they do, from your first appointment on, really put my mind at ease, helping me understand how to best care for my skin.
Everyone is highly trained in what they do, from Deja's consultation to facials with Kari and Botox with Jessica. They make sure you understand everything and are comfortable.

Today, I went in for a routine yearly BBL face treatment. I communicated clearly that there was no need to use high settings, I prefer comfort. I was assured and then into the treatment I was zapped, it felt like a small whip on my face. This caused at least a second degree burn, she called a bruise. Had I not stopped her, she would have continued. In this situation, the client was not listened to. This is defined as a rare occurrence in which the 17 years of experience should have known better.
But energy is funny and dynamic in connection.
And in this type of situation you put a lot of trust in someone else's hands who may not be conscious of some of the deeper aspects within the moment, like mind state. I am not a victim, I invited this experience on some level. However, this is a big mistake and does not make the client feel safe or taken care of. The client is the most important in a service business, a spa is a healing business, but today there were many other personal aspects that were cared for more. I was given an ointment and talked to, the owner, physician's assistant, is knowledgeable (who was supposed to perform my bbl face treatment). I had to pull out the truth. Furthermore, I was then reminded I signed a waiver of accountability. I was not charged, but I had plenty of cash. This is unfortunate, and I understand why it is best to do all types of physically, invasive procedures with medical professionals.
