I have been going to Shannon Groves for several years now. She is always extremely thorough, cheerful, and patient. She takes the time to answer my questions. She takes my concerns seriously and always makes sure I know exactly what the issue is and how she will deal with it. She puts my mind at ease about all the little things that crop up on my skin due to aging and years of sun damage. I would recommend her to anyone, she's wonderful.
