I haven't been to a dermatologist in ages because the experiences just haven't been great. Have had some things come up with my skin and so decided it was time to try again. I appreciate so much the thoroughness and kindness of Dr. Basak. Her staff was warm as well. Definitely will come back for a checkup and will refer family and friends!

I am so happy to have found this office! Everyone is so kind - front desk, assistants and the doctor herself was very kind. Dr Basak listened to me, addressed my concerns, and did a very thorough exam. Dr Basak has a lot of knowledge and is willing to share it with you. I definately recommend!!

Dr Basak is clearly a compassionate and caring physician that wants to get to the root of the problem. She spent extensive time assessing and evaluating the Dermatology issue I presented. Her knowledge and expertise immediately put me at ease and made me feel seen and cared for. Her entire office staff is incredibly professional, helpful and caring. A lovely office nestled off of Kipling and Jewell that is easy to access. Highly recommend her for your Dermatology needs.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Basak and also getting lip filler. Before arriving i was so scared. Once i arrived to the office , i was greeted by the friendly receptionists. Joanna the office manager also made me feel more relaxed and assured me that i was in great hands. Once I met Dr Basak, we discussed what it was i wanted. Dr. Basak listened and knew exactly how to give me the results i wanted . I’m very pleased with the whole process. Dr. Basak was very friendly and gentle. I know everyone’s pain tolerance is different but for me, it was very little to no pain. I would recommend her to anyone i know looking to get lip filler done .

I really appreciated the time Dr. Basak took with me for my yearly skin scan. She was very thorough and made suggestions for sun protection beyond the usual sunscreen products which included certain types of clothing to wear, a large rimmed hat…
She was very polite and caring in her demeanor. Would recommend her for any dermatology needs.
