The worst merchant EVER! I'd give zero stars if that was an option. After waiting weeks for my over $200 order, it arrived WITH NOTHING IN IT! I was first told they would expedite a replacement ASAP but now two more weeks have gone by and I still have nothing. I have demanded a refund and am still getting the runaround. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

RISKY BUSINESS Ordered Skin Medica TNS advanced+ serum, buy 2, get 1 free for $600.00. This stuff isn't cheap so I tested the dispensers upon receipt. 2 of 3 did not dispense anything from the lotion side until 6-8 pumps later. Only the clear serum came out thus wasting 6-8 pumps of the clear serum. The white top does not sit straight on the bottle. You are taking a big risk ordering this expensive stuff !! This store probably is a reseller of products that didn't pass QC thus they sell it a little cheaper. In this case, less money just meant less product. I'm not little Miss. Moneybags so sadly, this will be my last order with this company. The shipping was fast and the order was accurate.

Wow. I was a frequent purchaser of the SkinMedica TNS serum. It is a very expensive product known to have pump issues. I had no problem with my first $500+ purchase, but the pumps would not work on two of the three cartridges of the bundle in the second batch. I contacted this place, and because they had said it had been "so long" since my purchase, they couldn't return my money. KEEP in mind that I bought a three-cartridge bundle, and you don't use all three in thirty days. Be smart: Purchase SkinMedica TNS DIRECTLY from SkinMedica. I replied to their email that this WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT THIS PRICE POINT.

I have been buying a lot of stuff form this distributor. It carries many brands that I use. everything has been delivered without any problems pretty soon after I place my order. Less expensive than MedSpas when there are discount

My experience with DermAvenue has been great! It is easy to purchase my favorite skin and hair care products and they are often on sale. I have also learned about many different products and have the opportunity to try them. They are very reliable and have fast delivery.

I have ordered from DermAvenue online on three separate occasions. I love the deal on the TNS Advanced Serum - it's three for the price of two - you can't beat that anywhere. Plus they often have free gifts with the purchase. I am surprised about the comments regarding customer service, because my experience has been excellent. On one occasion, I had ordered the three pack of TNS serum and one of the pump bottles had an issue. I contacted customer service by email. They immediately sent me a free return shipping label. I mailed the defective bottle back and they sent me a brand new bottle as a replacement. I will continue to buy from DermAvenue and I hope others will give them a chance.

I've ordered from these folks for over a year and a half with no issues. The site-wide deals are always the cheapest option I can find online. The free gifts with orders are a nice touch too. You do accrue quite a few rewards points with purchases, but usually the site-wide sale is a better deal, depending on how much your order totals. I'm 9 for 9 on satisfied purchases. Thanks for all that you do!
