The friendliness of the staffs are wonderful, the helpfulness of the staffs are extremely well and courteous!

But the merchandise are way, way too expensive from liquor to wine, to See’s candy, to tequila!

You can buy much cheaper at Costco every you have to pay taxes!

Tobacco, make up’s, perfumes, maybe alright!

But I have to say that I found once a rare Japanese whiskey was reasonably priced!

Staff was very unfriendly and borderline rude. In any of my international flights have I had issues buying alcohol and then taking the zipped duty free bag with me on to the gate.
But apparently there they have to deliver it, and they won’t do it if it’s under a certain amount of time to your flight (1.5h as I understood It was unclear). I was 10 minutes short and she refused to sell me. Has anyone else encountered a similar rule? I cannot find anything on the internet

you will usually find good deals on wine. I got the Hibiki Master Selection Limited for $150. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will help you to carry the wine to the aircraft. The shop also have many souvenirs that we can get for the family.

If I was into Spirits, Wine & Tobacco products, I would be in heaven in this store. But they also offer Beauty, Fragrances & Well Being products. If you have time this is a great place to shop in elegant surroundings. Beware though, you are under constant surveillance, and any misguided judgement to not pay for something, can result in an embarrassing situation and a missed flight.

Bought whiskey from here.
You can also find wines, cognac, gin. Also perfume, cosmetics, candy. Staffs are helpful .

Twice I’ve made purchases and both times they have failed to delivered my purchases. Getting a refund was also a problem. If you purchase anything from there, just stay there until it’s boarding time. Maybe they can follow to the gate
