My review with photos was removed. Limiting my own free speech. I had posted that the nurses inaccurately recorded my fever and didn’t care what I had. These health care providers are spoiled people with little and no empathy for the real problems you face.

Sweet lady in front miscommunicated the amount I’ll owe after insurance, mistakes happen no place is perfect, but whoever runs this circus lacks manners the least to say, after receiving an unexpected fat bill and communicating with the manager that I was told that I owe nothing with my PPO insurance covering it all, she goes on to lecture me in the most condescending disrespectful way about how I need to learn how my insurance plan works and that the mistake of one of her staff is on me to pay. I’ve never dealt with a more disrespectful person in my lifetime, so if you wanna get a fat bill for a visit where the most you’ll receive is “take some tylenol” and then get lectured by a Karen about how insurance works then this is definitely the place to go!!

We just walked in at 10:45am on a Saturday morning,...no other patients in the whole waiting room! My wife was taken right back. 20 minutes later and the only other patient just came in. Check the website before you come in and check how busy they are before you come. A lot better than 6-8 hours in the emergency room at the hospital. I come here first if I can. See you soon!

Went in today and was treated with respect and compassion. I generally don’t go to urgent care centers, but was pleasantly surprised as everyone from the front counter staff through the nursing assistants and the PA were all great. Was out in less than an hour and would highly recommend this Urgent Care for anyone.

My visit was right after the holidays. It was a super long wait but so happy they were open and the staff had a good attitude. As soon as I got in they assisted me right away. It may have been a 3 hr wait but only took 15 minutes total and I was on my way. A day later I received a follow up call from the office to see how I was doing. I really appreciated that. Great customer service and professional staff.

Just recently had a partial toenail removal done here by Dr. Moorehouse. She was very kind, made sure I wasn't in any pain and took care of me quickly. All the staff here at the Orcutt Urgent care have been awesome in the past. Don't hesitate to go here if you need medical help.

I saw the doctor within minutes. My treatment was done with concern & empathy. A prescription was ordered and specimen sent to lab immediately . The Rx solved my problem within a few days and I received the results of the lab test quickly.
What a great service to have just 10 minutes from home. 10 +

I was initially satisfied with going here, but the antibiotics I was prescribed did not work. At first I was prescribed one type of antibiotic, but they called me and told me that the lab discovered that the bacteria for the UTI I had was resistant to the one they initially prescribed so I ended up paying over $80 more so with the initial prescription that cost me over $40 the total I ended up paying was over $120 for antibiotics.
Dignity should some how get the test results while I'm there so I don't end up having to start one medicine then end up with having to get another. That's expensive and frustrating.
Then it turned out that the second antibiotic didn't work anyway so I called the office and asked what to do and was told they couldn't do anything more for me. I had to see a urologist or primary care or someone else.
I decided that I would go the natural way and purchased a $10 jar of cranberry juice and THAT cleared it up .
When I was being examined by the nurse then when Frank came in I told them that I always get UTIs from stress. I felt neither heard me. They just continued by telling me that I should see a gynecologist or urologist if this persists.
For some reason they avoided addressing my comment about the stress and that bothered me.
I give them 3 stars because the wait was not long at all and they did ok taking care of me.
Between the Cottage care debacle and Dignity I ended spending $354 with the copay and the antibiotics.
The cranberry juice was just $10. Shoulda gone that route in the first place.
