They were friendly and professional. They gave me many options without pressuring me in any direction. One of the procedures I want to do was recommended I wait until fall and the reasons why, which made so much sense. I like the recommendations of skin care, again, without any pressure whatsoever. I bought a couple of things that I am using every day and I like how they are working with my facial medicine. I will be continue going and in the fall do some procedures that I want to do with a dermatologist. .

I decided to go to dignity med spa for tirzepatide and paid $700 for the tirzepatide and $100 for consult and labs. I was on tirzepatide for about a month and lost a total of 2 pounds. I reviewed the company on Yelp and got a call from dignity inquiring about my yelp review. In short dignity wanted me to come back and try again with the tirzepatide and give me a $200 off discount and pay $500 to try again. I feel the right thing to do would be to give a partial refund not try to get more money out of a client. You can read my full review on Yelp for further details.

Such a professional and friendly office. The girls all exceeded my expectations. Hailey especially… she is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable & welcomed. All the girls were truly great though.
