I shop at the Broomfield location and was here yesterday. Penny was so very helpful that i came back today to get a few more things. I went shopping today to see if I could potentially find my wedding earrings. I wasn’t sure if I would find anything, but I could not have been more grateful for Angelo’s assistance because he not only helped me find my wedding earrings, but he also found my rehearsal dinner earrings, my bachelorette earrings, and he even surprised me with a thoughtful pick of this beautiful iridescent necklace that I would have never picked out for myself! 😊 I absolutely love everything I got and I am so glad Angelo was with me. He was kind, funny, and thoughtful. It was his first day but I clearly see why Dillard’s hired him! Thank you so much to Angelo and Dillard’s!

My husband and I came in to get him dress shirts and pants. Richard was the one who helped us and we were immediately impressed by him. This review is to sing his praises. He was eager to help and knew h the department (Roundtree and York) very well. He had knowledge about each brand, each individual pant and shirt, and even the fabrics. He listened to what we were looking for and then offered suggestions. He was courteous, polite, and funny. We had great conversations with him while we tried things on and made decisions on our purchase. Richard made our experience really memorable and easy.

Had a surprisingly pleasant shopping experience here. I've apparently gotten used to lackluster service at retail stores (I get it, employees are often burn out and understaffed, etc) but that was not the case here. Everyone I talked to was very attentive and felt like they genuinely wanted to help me rather than being too pushy or too aloof. It reminded me of what department store shopping felt like when I was a kid and people flocked to malls more. I also got a great pair of shoes and they had a great, well stocked selection. When checking out, there were no questions about getting their credit card, joining some rewards club, or having to put phone numbers in just to check out. Nice and straight forward. I've definitely been sleeping on dillards and would come back again.

This store is one of the few true department stores left in the area. They carry a good selection of clothing as well as a full men's dept. Many other stores have cut back their stock to next to nothing, not here. They also have staff to help customers. What a novel idea! Sure, you may pay a bit more, but you get what you pay for.

This store has everything I'm looking for. There are variations in prices, they can be high or comfortable for your pocket according to the brand and quality of the product. I had an important event and in this store I found a beautiful dress with a 30% discount at a very affordable price. customer service is friendly.

Have been a very good customer for a long time, unfortunately that does not mean a thing to Dillards. Returned a jacket that was a gift for a friend that just arrived from Europe. Jacket did not fit right and so I had to return. Because it is a few days past their return policy I had to accept a store gift card. No problem, but then the assistant store manager, Josie, deducted 10% from the price I paid, I presented my receipt that shows no 10% discount. She insisted that I received a discount, so I took the REDUCTION and left. Wow, will never shop there again and will close my account. Way to go, Dillards!
