I can’t thank Eli enough for helping me out with my hair and getting me out of my comfort zone. She’s gotten me platinum after several sessions to even giving me vibrant colors. Not to mention getting my first set of hair extensions with her, she made sure I was comfortable with the hair and quality before leaving the salon. I highly recommend her to anyone that is trying to get their hair done, up do’s, makeup, extensions.

My sister went based off the reviews and she was so excited to get her extensions done at this place. CHANTEL LEFT HER LOOKING LIKE SHE HAD A MULLET WITH 2 LONG STRANDS. We obviously didnt know anything about extensions, as LINDA claimed they have been in business for 20+ years SO WHY WASNT CHANTEL HONEST ABOUT NEEDING TO ADD MORE HAIR FOR HER HAIR TO LOOK FULLER AND EVEN. WHEN WE WENT BACK TO REMOVE THEM THE SAME DAY CHANTEL SAYS “I should’ve told you we should’ve added more hair but I don’t know why I didn’t” & They didn’t even have more hair that same day! IF THEY WOULDVE SAID THAT BEFORE TAKING HER MONEY THEN MY SISTER WOULDNT HAVE EVEN WAISTED $700! IT JUST SHOWED THAT THEY’RE NOT PASSIONATE ON WHAT THEY DO! THEY’RE NOT HONEST TO THEIR CLIENTS! LINDA REFUSED TO GIVE US ANY MONEY BACK! AND PRETTY MUCH SAID THEY DID THE SERVICE IF WE DIDNT LIKE THATS ON US. THEY GAVE US OTHER OPTIONS TO FIX IT BUT IF THE SERVICE WAS BAD THE FIRST TIME, SECOND TIME WONT BE A DIFFERENCE BUT LOOSE MORE MONEY! STAY AWAY!

Regarding the salons response :
My sister and I were both there when Chantel said they unfortunately didn’t have any more additional packs that day. Please don’t lie! it came out of Chantel, you can ask her. The wig was only 50$ it was the least you guys could’ve done. But It’s ok thank you guys anyways. Money comes and goes! We learned our lesson, and wish you guys nothing but the best(:

I’ve been coming to diva hair salon for about 4years now, specifically with Eli. She has done an amazing job with my hair color & extension services. She has met my expectations when it comes to any hair challenge that I have given her from going to black to a fantasy color to even a balayage ( of course with different sessions at a time) She’s so good at her job that I even let her free hand my hair color at times. She is definitely your girl when it comes to any of those services you won’t be disappointed👌

I have been getting my sew-in hair extensions done at this place with Maria ( I call her Mari )
She is by far the best gal that has done my hair without me feeling any type of discomfort. Her work is clean and neat. My extensions last me a long while, I’m never walking out of the salon feeling a headache which is awesome and she still manages to do a nice taught placement of the hair extensions. I tell her she has magic hands. She’s also very informative when it comes to proper hair care which I love from her cause I can always reach out to her for any advise. Also, If your looking to get braids done, she is also the one to go to. Every time I’ve done braids with her they last me a good while, ever so I give them the proper care. I give this place a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Mari’s great customer service and the owner who is very helpful with recommending the right products to use.

I was a walk in and Mari was the one helping me out. She knows her stuff! Amazing service and personality! I really do appreciate good customer service and that’s exactly what I received. I ended up buying products she recommended me & I’ll definitely be back ! My braids were 💣 dot com ! I love how clean they came out…… amazing work !
