I recently got lashed with Dolly Effect for the second time. This time, I tried another location at - Los Altos.

Walking in, everything was very nice and clean. I wanted light and natural lashes and my technician made sure to give me exactly what I asked for. I’ve already received many compliments about them! They make my eyes look pretty without being too much.

During the session, I was able to take a quick nap and felt very relaxed during my whole service. I was offered blankets, pillows, and there was also nice ambient music playing in the background. At the end of the service, I was also given a head massage! I would highly recommend this place.

My first time getting lash extensions! I was hesitant since my eyes are senstive, but the process was very easy and comfortable. The consultation and service took less than 2 hours overall. The receptionist was very thorough with the consultation and made sure I was award of the different options they had to offer.

Though my eyes watered slightly during the session, the overall application of the lashes was very relaxing. They applied tape around my eyes and I eventually fell asleep once my tech began. They play soothing music and the ambiance reminds me of a spa. My eyelash tech even gave me a brief head massage while the lashes dried. I was truly getting pampered!

The lashes I chose were Mixed Kitten Eye styled and the length ranged from 10-12mm. They played an aftercare video after the service with detailed descriptions. I was really happy with the overall look and how durable the lashes feel. They're very secure and make my eyes look complete!

It was my first experience getting lash extensions. I was nervous since I did not know what to expect. However the whole experience was really great. As soon as I stepped into the studio, I greeted by friendly staff. The whole process was explained to me before we started and it totally put me at ease. The ambiance, decor, and music also helped me feel relaxed! The entire experience was really great and I look forward to going back again.

I’ve been wearing the lash set for more than 2 weeks now. They are very comfortable and I have not experienced any irritation in my sensitive eyes. No complaints with the lashes and the glue they use. I love my lashes!

I recently visited Dolly Effect's Los Altos location, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The salon is impeccably clean, which instantly set a positive tone. The staff were incredibly efficient and super friendly. My lash tech completed my lash extensions quickly without sacrificing quality. I was offered a blanket and the tech made sure I was cozy and comfortable throughout my entire visit.

Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for anyone looking to get beautiful, well-applied lash extensions. 10/10 would Highly recommend!

Went to this place a few weeks ago and it was amazing! The whole service process, eyelash extensions design, is was a great experience!
1. I like the interior design, made me feel relaxed and calm.
2. They will based on your personal preference and their professional opinions to design the eyelashes for you.
3. Smell soooo good!!! The room smell so good! I smelled 3-4 different scents during my eyelashes extensions. I love it!

Definitely will recommend to all my friends!

This is my first time coming to this location as I have gone to other Dolly effect locations before. Every single one of them is clean and up to par. The Los Altos location has easy parking, right outside. When you walk in, its simple and modern but also cozy. I had done a previous set at another location and my artist at Los Altos was able to recreate my exact previous set. I highly recommend coming here or to their other locations for lashes that last even 3-4 weeks!

Came here for late extension and staff was super attentive and took the time to discuss the look I wanted and made helpful suggestions based on my eye shape. I went with a more natural mixed set 9-11mm. The application process was so relaxing that i fell asleep! They made sure I was completely satisfied before I left and even adjusted it after she initially finished. Would def recommend coming here!
