My husband went to Dr. Kassabian to remove a cyst and they were all so great to talk to from the initial phone call to the actual visit. Then the dr was so gentle and explained everything as she was removing the cyst. 5 star. Would definitely recommend.

If you call them four to five days before your appointment for cancellation. They will not answer the phone and you will leave a voice message in response to their recorded voice. They not only will not cancel your appointment but also will charge you the no-show fee.
I also suggest not getting uninsured services like a laser. You will pay a lot.

Carolyn is great but her back office staff not so much. I was treated rude with one of the staff . Also, another back office staff who handles insurance seems to lack experience and does not call back to give you update this was in 2 separate occasions. I gave Carol 5 stars before but sadly only one star this time.

Dr. Kassabian is amazing! I’ve been coming here for over two years now for both cosmetic and medical dermatology services. I’ve had everything from mole removal to filler done by her, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I originally started coming to address adult acne, and my skin is now the best it has ever been. I also sent a friend here for acne as well, and her skin looks incredible now too; both of us have amazing results but received very different treatments. I think this really speaks to Dr. Kassabian’s ability to listen and understand her patients. You will get individualized, expert care at this office. I can’t recommend her enough for literally any dermatology service.
