I have had the best visit with all the staff at Kimra Hall, DDS. I had had a root canal and an emergency visit here. Dr. Carol Morrow and the staff, Amanda and Janae were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I was literally laughing, and not just because if the nitrous. Dr. Carol and her staff get along so well, and they are respectful of one another. Funny but serious. I did not feel any pain and I am a chicken at the dentist.

I was with this dentist office for around a decade. They made me feel comfortable and I thought the majority of the staff was great. Up until recently. I heard staff talking negativity about patients. It made me uncomfortable & question if they were making fun of me once I wasn’t in their presence. At my second to last appointment, they felt behind on time. I had a thin, blonde girl do my cleaning that I had never seen before. She cut the heck out of my mouth, dropped tools in my mouth & on my face. I was patient with her & didn’t say a word. I just wanted to leave. After she was done, I left without incident, let my mouth heal & moved on. I had another cleaning months later with a usual girl who did great. While on Facebook I made the comment in the picture below. To a person asking for Dentist recommendations. A comment I stand by otherwise I wouldn’t have stated it. I should have brought my concerns up to someone. But, because of how unprofessional some front desk employees here handle things & talk negatively about people, I didn’t feel like I could. For example, this being mailed to me after some childish, petty employee saw the comment. Is this really a professional dentist office or a gossipy High School with the same mentality of teenage girls? Not a phone call to discuss, just this. Which is fine, I’ve moved on. But you’d think with such an observant staff you have, SOME would realize that they have faults…
Clearly I was never valued! I can’t help but laugh at what an insane act this is…

Kimra and her team have been amazing in their care for both me and my fiance since we started with them about 5 years ago. This has included fitting me in on an emergency basis when I got a tooth infection right before a backpacking trip, and assisting my fiance following a car accident that left him with multiple teeth knocked out. They are friendly, timely, professional, and very personable, always inquiring about our health and wellbeing each time we are seen.

I got my new teeth today!

After going on 14 years with immediate dentures that over time became loose fitting and downright painful, I began a new denture journey last May fraught with setbacks and disappointments until I landed at the dental office of Dr Kimra Hall on Macon Street in Cañon City, Colorado.

There, in the care of Denture Wizard Geno Wengerd I finally got the teeth I’d wanted for years. I had originally wanted the toothshade in the OM range, which are the “Hollywood Whites”, but what Geno has done is make my teeth in an even whiter range, the PW’s, which I’ve taken the liberty of dubbing the “Supernova Whites”. The change in my appearance is nothing short of miraculous.

He corrected the severe underbite that had developed over the years from bone loss and jaw shrinkage, he made the teeth larger and more visible when I smile, and he took great pains to be certain that the fit was perfect. And in addition, he gave my teeth a custom look from photos I supplied, so as to duplicate the dentition of a famous person—I did not want a perfect rack of even teeth; I wanted some imperfection built into the dentures deliberately, so that they look perfectly natural. All of this within budget!

To sum up: I highly recommend dental services by the office of Dr Kimra Hall and the amazing talents of Geno Wengerd.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I have been going to this dentist for years. They always go above and beyond for me to keep my teeth and gums in good shape!! Love them!

I'll miss my doc that left and going to visit another there. I noticed that the staff in going there were staff I had met before in other dental practice. Makes me feel like they are finding the best. Never regretted a single visit. Such good people. At my age I know dentistry is inevitable. So far there so good. I'd be better if I did what they told me to do when I left.

I have been coming here since I was 12. Before that we were on a dentist search and it was an awful time.

But when I arrived around the young age of 12 I finally had found my dentist

You see I hated going to the dentist so much I would shove as many goldfish in my mouth on the car ride there to make who ever was cleaning my teeth’s life miserable.

But who ever they assigned to my teeth (poor Marissa) handled it like a champ and always had a good attitude towards me and my delinquent behavior

These guys are efficient, thorough, and highly professional. I show up to the dentist now and enjoy my time there every time!

Extremely Rude !!!! My mom needed dental work done, they got ahold of the insurance, and told Mom the insurance (Will) cover it, ...apparently not so they are wanting my mom to pay the whole bill now , which mom would not have done it knowing it was out of pocket ....so we went it to discuss it , and Tani was so totally rude and would not answer any of our questions she said you have to talk to your insurance.... everytime we would try to say something she stopped us in our tracks and was just plain rude and with an attitude !! She would not talk to us at all.
