I wish I could give this Dr. Zero stars. She burned my neck with coolsculpting. I had the scar for 3 years!!! I couldn't get rid of the burn mark. I had to pay out of pocket to a different doctor to help me improve my scar on my neck. I had to live looking like this for more than 3 years! It was embarrassing. Dr. Violetta Mailyan never gave me my money back. In fact, I even tried suing her and she blamed it on the machine. I will never recommend anyone to this place.

My experience with Dr. Violetta Mailyan was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by the friendly staff. Dr. V was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. The office was clean and well-maintained, and the appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. Dr. Mailyan is truly the best! At this point, I don't think I'd trust anybody else for all of my cosmetic needs. She is so knowledgeable and has such a sensitive approach/touch. Not only did she calm my nerves, but she was patient and walked me through everything step by step. She also has some secret techniques that helped resolve the bump in my nose that I've had for last 20 years. For the first time in forever, I actually like my side profile. The customer service at her medical office is impeccable too. I always leave her office feeling so refreshed and happy...it's like she's my therapist for my face.

Dr. Mailyan has transformed my life! She is so great at her job, I had injections done for my nose but Dr Mailyan has perfected her treatment. I never imagined I would love my nose and everything else she has done so much!! She is wonderful in person, as a professional as a human being, I enjoy talking to her and enjoy going to her office! Knowing I will have a doctor treating me for all of the cosmetic treatments is a bonus and I truly appreciate all that Dr Mailyan has done for me!

Love my laser treatment results with Dr Mailyan. I have done Botox and fillers for many years now but enjoy the refreshing way she looks at all of the treatments she offers, with passion and deep understanding of face and beauty, she is a professional in every sense of the word. Dr. Mailyan is not only a beautiful person inside and out, she is truly an artist in her field. She answered all my questions and concerns. . Great service from the moment you call them until later as you follow up after treatment. Dr Mailyan answers her phone calls personally, take advantage of this personalized care if you wish to get direct interaction with your docotor. Dr Mailyan is pleasant in person is very knowledgeable and goes over the plan, the after care the medical details, clearly she is passionate about what she does. To be honest initially I became her medical patient and when I found out she also takes care of beauty needs, I had been looking for a doctor that I can trust for some Botox, touch ups here and there.
