My friend and I booked an appointment here and each drove over an hour to get to the appointment. When we got there, there was only one stylist working on another customer. We waited approximately 25 minutes past our appointment time before the worker told us that our stylists had not shown up and that he had called the manager to come up with a resolution. We decided to get coffee in the meantime and he later called and said the stylists still had not shown up. We had to cancel our appointments. What a huge waste of time. We never even heard from the manager. Do not recommend - especially if you have a special event.

I was, unfortunately,15 min late because of my nail appointment going over despite me letting them know when I needed to leave. Drybar was fully booked and could, understandably, only accommodate my blowout until the appointment after me arrived since I needed a wash too. Well, Lucy pulled it off! She did an AMAZING blowout with a wash in record time. It did not feel rushed or like corners were cut. I told her rollers do not work in my hair, so she did everything with her hairdryer and round brush (on my curly hair!) My hair still looks amazing a day later. Despite it being a stressful start, I left extremely happy. Thank you, Lucy!

had an amazing time during opening week at Dry Bar Boulder. I had Cori, a stylist from the Cherry Creek location, but the environment was so much fun. Is there anything better than a glass of wine and a shampoo? I don’t think so. My hair turned out wonderfully & I wasn’t pressured for product. Thinking about a membership. Will come again.

My girlfriend left Drybar with her hair styled and even got some racist microagression tossed at her by one of your trainees free of charge. While working on her hair, your trainee was struggling a lot, needing a bunch of guidance. That's not a big deal. However, what was said next by this trainee was "It's hard to work on coarse Asian hair.".... My girlfriend went to Drybar to get her hair styled, not to be told that she's different and it's difficult to serve her. I sincerely hope you take time with your entire staff to be reminded of how to treat all clients with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background or hair type. Comments like this are not just insensitive—they reflect poorly on your training and inclusivity as a brand. My girlfriend deserved to feel pampered and valued, not alienated. I urge you to address this issue seriously and ensure your staff is better equipped to serve a diverse clientele with empathy and skill in the future.

They were 15mins late. My roots weren’t dry. My hair looked nothing like the photo, of myself, I provided from a previous blowout. I didn’t have time to sit there any longer to fix. Such a shame for an expensive service. Could have done it better myself 🙁

I have been to a few other locations of Drybar and had much better experiences. I really like the stylists here but have found the front desk welcomes to be very rude and unwelcoming. If you’re going to spend the money, I’d recommend going somewhere else for a more pleasant experience.

The work was fine but there was no communication that the price would be significantly more than the $59 advertised. I found out when I checked out.
