I really appreciate what a great job Casey does of running the front office and handling phone calls, scheduling, estimates, etc.. Andy does a great job of cleaning my teeth. She is very gentle. I appreciate the excellence of the dental care I receive at this office from Dr. DeGraw.

My first visit back after some 4 yrs with several daunting dental problems, Dr. Duffy did a full evaluation and cost estimates, a bit shocking but he seems willing to get the work done on my budget over the next couple of years.

His receptionist took the time to help me realize that my insurance would cover some of the cost. This is a caring and helpful dental group who do excellent work.

I drive a long way for an appointment and am never sure how long the drive will take and I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment for two fillings. Rather than the normal wait in the lobby, they took me right in and put me in the chair. Within a minute Dr. DeGraw came in and went to work. He doesn't waste time with happy chit chat, but goes right to work. He told me for these fillings you don't usually need to be numbed, but if I felt anything let him know and he would numb me. Zip zip and I was done. When I checked out at the front desk it was still two minutes until my appointment time! Painless in every sense of the word. Very pleased as usual.

Nancy was excellent, and so much better than anyone I have worked with since moving to Los Osos many years ago! I was thankful she was there! What a difference ! so glad I switched to Duffy C. De Graw!
