They always have what I need whenever I come in; which is not often but enough to know them. The store is always clean,neatly stocked or they are putting out supplies and filling the shelves.

I’m always greeted when I walk in. They are super helpful when I can’t find what I’m looking for. The prices are fairly reasonable. I like the fact that they have a very good variety of products.

I will say this I miss my Texas/Louisiana hair stores. They always provide samples to let you know what new products they got in to see if you’d be interested in purchasing any. But, hey from state to state everyone is different.

Great selection of popular body jewelry. Not a very big selection of make-up, but what they have is good. Great selection of wigs as well. The two people working were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had a great experience, I will be back.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they didn’t have a lot of quality wavy hair. Other than that this establishment made me feel welcome, helped me tremendously, and were very knowledgeable about what they had and didn’t. I was impressed being from the springs but living in Denver I didn’t expect the great service! I did make an expensive purchase and she gracefully gave me a deal on what I was getting.

This had been my go to store for ALL my haircare needs going on at least 10 years. The staff is friendly they greet you as you enter. They don't follow you through the store. If you have a question they know the answer and take you to what you need. I have tried 2 other haircare stores and their selection all though better priced does not compare to Ebony.
