I came to Ecologica Med Spa for the skinny shot. I seen my friend’s results and she looks amazing. So I decided to try it. I am 1 week in and already lost 4lbs. I’m super excited for my result and will keep you updated with my journey. The spa is beautiful, nice, and clean. I had an amazing experience.

I paid $4,500 for a treatment that so far I don’t see positive results on the contrary I can clearly see unwanted and unexpected results. Paty the sales representative told me that ay need to wait 30 more days even though I explained to her what the problem is and I know my problem won’t get better with waiting 30 days she insisted I waited. We both know what they did wrong and what it needs to be done to fix it. I exchanged phone numbers with a few other customers who are also having issues and we agreed to keep in touch to see if they fix our problems. I am hoping my problem will be resolved in my next visit. If it got fixed I will give a 5 stars review instead of 2 but either way I will update my post.

Matilda was great at taking care of my melasma issues and after preparing my skin for a medical pealing I can see great results and people keep telling me how beautiful and bright my skin looks. Hopefully this will be a lasting result. Thanks Ecologica Spa

I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED. I don't recommend this place, not even 1 start because they are not responsible. They took photos of me in the beginning, WHEN THEY SAW THAT THE TREATMENT DIDN'T WORK, THEY IGNORED ME because THE NURSE TOOK A PHOTO OF ME FOR THE LAST SESSION, AND SHE COULDN'T SAY anything. WHEN I TOLD HER THAT THE TREATMENT DIDN'T WORK, SHE SAID THAT A NURSE WILL CALL ME.. ALL THE STAFF PLAYED PINPON WITH ME. WHY THE NURSE COULDN'T GIVE ME AN OPTION? TO RETURN MY MONEY OR DO SOMETHING ELSE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL. SHAME ON ECOLOGICA SPA. my complain is against ECOLOGICA SPA because l paid more that 4,000 for 2 treatments. 0ne was for collagen 3 injections, the second treatment was FOR the skinny shot for 3 months. None of those injections worked. I went to this spa because the COMMERCIAL ON TV (chisme no like) is promoting this spa, and FATIMA offers this treatments with a discount of 500. When l have to pay l asked them about the special offer, the answer was that the discount is already included. There was a big red flag. l waited 6 months for the results, nothing. Ecologica spa never call ME. THEY STOLE MY MONEY, NO CALLS NOT EVEN A SORRY. FATIMA THE OWER DIDN'T EVEN CARE to fix this or to give me a callor to give me a refund. ln the end NO results OF ANYTHING. The injections for the collagen and to loose weigh with the skinny shot didn't work. l want my money back, please. SHAME ON YOU

I had a tummy tuck and unfortunately had complications, delaying my lymphatic drainage massages. The staff members and masseuses at this location have been fantastic. They have taken my complications into consideration, and have been accommodating and understanding from the beginning. On top of the great service location is decorated super well. The facility is incredibly clean and sanitized (there’s also a lot of parking). After my first session, I was able to see a bit of inflammation go down, and now, after my third session, it has SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. I am doing 10 sessions with them and have full confidence that this team will help my body get to my desired surgery results. The massages use three different methods that target inflammation, skin tightening, and fat reduction, which is much more than I was offered at other masseuse’s that I researched. I look forward to completing my 10 sessions with them and looking into future treatments. I would absolutely recommend them to folks considering this type of work.
