Amazing customer service experience lead by Isaac. I had a complicated item exchange. Isaac went above and beyond by offering to keep the item and continue to work with their internal team. Sparring me the wait at the store. Long story short, at the final transaction, he couldn’t be there to help but assured me that any one in his team can execute it for me. The nice young lady at the front did it without any more issues. Will definitely shop here again, knowing that they take care of their customers well. Thank you.

I do not know who was so rude when I tried to return something yesterday that I got online. She was the only person at the register area with NO customers so I come up to her while she is writing something on a paper that I wanted to return an item. She immediately got up and say "don't you see I'm busy please wait" in a rude voice. DO NOT SHOP THERE !! Completely rude lady works there and it's DARK and you can't see anything you want to buy there. Their online website has better pricing as well. Which is super weird.

Good place for winter outfits. Standard stuff is definitely not on the cheaper side but is affordable and worth the price. We were shopping for flannel shirts and we found a good collection which we shared online with the person we were buying for and got his input too.

Good customer services but price a bit high for an outlet.

Poor customer service at checkout. They do not honour rewards that members have available on their profile. I had a reward available that clearly said it could be used “in conjunction with other offers and discounts”. However, the store manager refused to honour the terms and also, was very aggressive and defensive (mentioning how she had more experience and that other Eddie Bauer stores didn’t know what they were doing). Would highly recommend shopping at other Eddie Bauer stores instead.

There was a problem with a return I was making. The person at the register explained how to resolve it, which involved calling their call center. Before stepping away from the register to do that, I asked if that was the only way to resolve the problem. The cashier switched to a confrontational tone and re-explained the same thing. Lots of gesturing and emotions. A simple "yes" would have done the job.
I'm inclined to give them a pass because of the holiday season, but thought the behavior was worth noting.
