I got my nails done on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 by Saturday half of my nails came off ..bad service the Lady that did my nails was in a hurry she charge me $45. I want at least half my money back not worth it not worth the money

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now. My experience got better as time went by. In the beginning I’d come because of their affordable prices and “okay” customer service. I didn’t mind because I understand they are human beings that are all day in the salon 💅 and just like us, they get tired. They always make efforts to create the sample you give them. They are good people. They appreciate me and I appreciate them. Thank you, Elegant Nails for your work ethic and dedication to serving us.

The most basic pedicure ever literally just my color was changed and a light massage for like one minuet .....75$ never again would I come to this dirty salon

Elegant nails has gone down hill. I've never had a pedicure hurt before and this time it did. There was no and I mean no different packages for a pedicure when before there was. I asked for a full set of gel nails and was given a manicure with jell polish no tips. Mind you it hurts when there is no break between putting the gel on and it drying to removing it a few minutes later which I had to pay another salon to fix because the nail tech did not listen. No I so do not recommend this establishment. Plus do not get me started on the up keep of the establishment.

Great pedicure! My feet were terrible going in and amazing coming out! Michelle does a great job.
Usually no more than a 15-20 min wait as a walk-in.
Pedicures in several different price ranges. I go for the $40 pkg. It's well worth it! Great way to pamper yourself or someone you know.

This place sucks. My daughter went in on Saturday. Tammy burned her with the nail glue. Cut her finger with a file was forceful if she moved her hand or complained and did it harder. Did a crappy job on her nails. TAMMY the manager is rude and also the crappy nail tech. She refuses to refund my money and said I just started learning how to do nails and hung up on me. Even her employees said she doesn't know how to do nails and has had many complaints. I will sue her for my 35.00 back.

I went here for my first time getting my nails done. I had a blue ombre design that needed 2 colors. I showed the lady what I wanted and asked her if she could make it exactly as the picture reference. she said yes and made me choose 2 colors. she asked me which one I wanted to start off with and I chose the lighter color blue. everything was going okay until she started scraping my skin off around my nails. I was in so much pain for 2 weeks. I wasnt even aware we were done with my nails when she said all done and I still only had one color on. I asked about how my nails didn't look like the picture and she said we don't do ombre. I kid you not word by word she said yes I can do that sit down. ive never had such awfull experience getting my nails done.
