I always look forward to my appointments at Elena’s Skin Care. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and very clean. The owner makes you take off your shoes and clean your hands right away.

The experience itself was negative. Once Elena started my dermabrasion session, she began to critique my skin with no constructive criticism or recommendations. This was a sales tactic to get me to buy her facial package. Once I told her no thank you, she was persistent about purchasing her products and tried to guilt trip me into buying another facial package.

The esthetician kept pushing her products and other packages on me throughout the whole session even after I said no. It was far from relaxing and made me very uncomfortable.

The experience was unprofessional and I would not recommend unless you’re ready to hear someone judge your skin without any thoughtful input or advice.

I highly recommend this place. I’ve never had facials or anything in my life! But a few months ago I started going to Elenas after my face started breaking out badly because of the mask and thanks to her and all her treatments my face is recovering nicely. They talk trash about their own customers and gossip. I was literally in the room hearing them talking trash about me in Spanish. As if I’m not Filipino and can’t understand. Never went back, very unprofessional and not genuine. What goes around comes around…
