I visited the Rino location for laser hair reduction yesterday and was hesitant after having a bad experience at a large corporate company years ago. I have a very thick dark beard and get Ingrown hair and red irritation on the front of my neck. It grows fast so this is a daily issue and I spend 30 minutes lining up my beard everyday for work. I heard how much it helps to laser but after my bad experience in the past, I’ve put it off for a long time. I heard from friends how good Eleven11 was so I bit the bullet and made the appt. I saw Elle for my consultation and she was also my esthetician and laser specialist. Not only did she ask what issues shaving causes, she walked me through the process and what to expect. We outlined the area I wanted done and she made me feel super comfortable and assured me men do this just as much as women. My entire appt was quick and thorough. I’m going to do my back now as well. If you want an aesthetics company you can trust on all levels, go local and see Eleven11. Team knows what they’re doing and actually care. Not to mention more fairly priced than the large corporate spot I tried before who only tried to sell and couldn’t give me info about the laser, process or who was doing the laser treatments. The laser Eleven11 uses is one of best in technology for destroying the hair follicle…I’ve done my research. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking for laser hair removal and go to Eleven11. The Rino location is by some cool breweries too so I got a beer afterwards. Win win.

Exceptional experience all around. I was so thrilled to find reasonable (and by that I mean, very good) package pricing compared to other spots in the area. Then, the customer care, cleanliness, professionalism, and results were superb!! Lisette, thank you for such good work and an equally lovely and comfortable experience every time. I love coming in for my facials
Kristina is just the sweetest person ever. I have followed Kristinas from her previous employer. This should tell you a lot about her. She always has a smile on her face. She will either talk during our sessions if that's what I want or will will have a quiet session which I love. I so enjoy the atmosphere at the Eleven 11.
