I started going to the salon about 4 or 5 months ago and I have never been disappointed. They are gentle and they give you exactly what you want and they want to make sure you are 100% happy with what they are doing while they're doing it! The last two months I have come in with design ideas that I really wanted and they did not disappoint and they delivered 100%.

I have been to this salon on and off. I’ve always had a good experience until my last time. I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. My nails started lifting just a day after getting them done, they look so uneven, & they skipped prepping my cuticles entirely. The technician seemed rushed and didn’t pay attention to detail, leaving me with bumpy, misshapen nails. I drove an hour back ONE WAY to the salon the next day, to show them my concerns and only a topcoat was reapplied. Even though I showed concerns of my nails already lifting. I am now on day three, in my top coat is peeling and the polish under my top coat is now chipping. I purchased 3 services for my kids and myself. But, For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and professionalism. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Kim has done my nails for almost three years and I am NEVER let down. I don’t come in and tell her what I want. I leave it to her, she is the artist, they are her nails and I get to wear them. She’s amazing and as long as I’m privileged enough to be her client, I will never go anywhere else.

I came here and got a pedicure for myself and my 2 almost 3 year old (and her nails painted) Friday. They used shellac on her nails and 3 of her nails have already peeled off by her simply taking a bath tonight, for $53 I expect it to last Atleast a week. I will be stopping by to have them fixed. I also had my toes done with shellac and one chipped Saturday evening - the lady was very kind and fixed it fast. They’re nice and fast but the polish doesn’t seem to be very high quality, or they may have not used alcohol on her toes to strip the oil first.

I just had to update and add a photo. Although I paid a very hefty price 75 dollars they did exactly what I asked for. He also realized all my nails were loose a rebate was not going to do it. They replaced all the nails.

I’m in Denver for the weekend and wanted to get a manicure and pedicure. I called Elite Nails 99 and they were able to get me in. Sue greeted me with a smile at the door. She was absolutely amazing! I definitely will be going back when I’m in the area again. Thank you Sue!

No impressed. Color picking was rushed, the gel "basket" was overwhelming and sloppy. The manicure was meh, and the lady chopped my nails off before even asking me how long I wanted them. The pedicure was also not anything worth returning for. Overall will not be back
