BEWARE of this woman she is a scam artist! She had talked me into prepaying for 3 facials. Everytime she booked me she would cancel the day of my service. This happened over 6 times. I have all of our texting. She refused to refund me my money. The last time she did it I took of time from work and was in mid drive to the office! She said she had Covid and was in the middle of giving someone else a facial. She still refused to refund my $180. She is a con artist beware. She is crazy

She cancelled on me and when asked for a refund will not refund.

I asked my card company to refund. She is saying to my card company I used services. I never did.

Now showing all dialogue with my card company to get a full refund on services never provided.

What an awful waste of time and energy. Stay away from this vendor.

After 1 facial she convinced me to pay 255 for 3 treatments in advance. After a few cancelations/poor communication on her end, and the merchant's schedule not working with mine (I'm a night shift nurse) I asked for a refund. She was rude and accused me of being self centered. After many attempts with no progress to get a refund, I told her I reported my concerns to Groupon and the insults started. This is just the most recent exchange. She's now stalking my FB. Stay away from this person.

It is such a joy to be in Jessica's salon...almost magical...really beautifully serene and peaceful.....
Her make up is really amazing....her artistry is and always has been almost perfect...I leave feeling so wonderful. I have been getting permanent make up original and touch ups for many years. I would recommend her and her work as being super. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!
