As usual, I was contacted that my car would not be ready by the time that was earlier confirmed. An hour was added to the time. This placed me behind on my work trip. The vehicle was dirty. There was a crack on the windshield. No windshield wiper fluid which in a must during the winter months. While driving, the vehicle shakes when going over 65. There seems to be a decline in the establishment.

The place I visited was a one woman show and I have to say she done a great job managing us and the numerous other customers that came in. We were in and out with a decent rental car in a small amount of time. She was quick and efficient. This is the first time I had to use this service but if I ever need another rental car I would use this enterprise location

After telling "Hana" that we did not need the extra insurance policy for $21.99 a day. She billed us anyway. And more or less said "sorry about your luck"!
So if you get "Hana" please do your self a great favor and ask for someone else to handle your account!

We recently rented a van from them. The people there were very friendly and met our needs and more. We will definitely be renting from them anytime we need a vehicle to travel out of state.

It's a rare occasion that I show up to get a car and there actually is a car available at all. When there is a car available it somehow is never the car I booked. If you can help it, go on down to the Flatwoods office because they are going to have to get a car from there anyway.

Super easy access as they are located right off of Rt. 19 at Summersville. (Theres one in Beckley too but I just like SV best.) Great group of Ladies. Very accomodating! Rented a really nice 2020 F150. All the bells & whistles. Highly recommend Enterprise. Looking forward to doing future business with them! Thanks, Ladies! 😉

Always a pleasure renting a vehicle here. From making the reservation online or by phone to picking it up at the local branch. Or if I need picked up, no problem. I get a courtesy call letting me know that they are on their way. The vehicles are always spotless and if it’s cold, it’s started and warming up for me! Matt makes the whole process so easy and painless to go through. He makes sure you understand everything that is included, or if it’s not he makes sure that you have anything extra that you want/need. And in this day and time with COVID everywhere you turn, these guys are going above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING is sanitized and the less you have to touch, the better...so the low touch/no touch option when signing all the paperwork is pretty great too. The prices are really good, considering you’re renting a vehicle that is under 3 years old and has less than 100,000 miles on it. And you know it gets serviced regularly. I know that when I need to rent a car-whether it’s just for running errands around town or going to see a doctor out of state-all I have to do is call Enterprise and Matt will take care of everything for me!

A guy named Dalton made the arrangements I needed and treated me very well. He was friendly, understanding and lenient. I had issues with him, the vehicle or price.

I wanted a full-size truck or a van for moving big boxes from one apartment to another. The dodge caravan was perfect. The seats folded flat throughout the back and I could fit more in than I expected.

I will definitely use this place again next time I need to rent a vehicle.
