While Sarah is wonderful, getting an appointment is such a struggle I am considering changing doctors. I hate talking to automated answer machines. If I was a valuable customer you could return calls same day not 24 to 48 or longer hours . Nothing says I don’t care about you as much as a machine basically saying “don’t call us we’ll call you “.

Great staff, great location. I had a good first visit, seen promptly by Sara Jenkins, DNP, who was thorough, well versed in dermatology, and very competent. No notice of the high cost for "First time patients". Wait times in office or on phone not great...Had to call back multiple times to finally get someone to speak with the review the issues and explain bills. Would not recommend - My family doctor would have been more helpful and at least 10x less expensive.

Very frustrated with my experience at this office. I’ve missed the window timeframe for my accutane due to them not responding to the pharmacy that have requested numerous phone calls. I’ve also had issues with scheduling apts that match what accutane/I pledge allows me schedule between. It’s been a few months under their care now and I still haven’t received a single medication or assistance with my painful acne. I’m at the point where when I put my child to bed I cannot rock him while he lays against me because if he hits my chin where my acne is I’m in a substantial amount of pain. I wish I would’ve read the reviews and chosen somewhere that had a general interest in taking care of their clients. Very disappointed.
