I had a disappointing experience at this spa that led me to take my business elsewhere. I went in for a post-op treatment and scheduled a pre-op massage, paying a deposit. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to work commitments and called multiple times throughout the day to inform them. I left a message but received a call back only 30 minutes before my appointment, notifying me that I lost my deposit. It's frustrating that they didn’t answer my calls all day and were quick to take my deposit. This experience has cost them a loyal customer. I won’t be returning

Body Contouring here is my favorite. Some what as a drive from OC! All the girls are good. I come every month or two. My body was complimented on many times. Amazing places with good energy! Thank you

I been coming to esencia asking and spa for over a month now. I started my body treatments with Jessica and she's amazing with her hands & I've notice a big difference. I love the way she describes the treatments as she's working on me. She's the best!
I also get my facials done with Cami she is the sweetest and she explains the facial very well. She's very good with extractions. My skin has never felt better.

Esencia is an amazing place. I have been going there for several weeks and the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is very helpful and very friendly. The day of my first session I didn't know what to expect and skeptical, but I love this place I am definitely seeing results just after three sessions. Josselyn is amazing, friendly and does a fabulous job. Thanks Esencia for the wonderful services you provide for your customers.

Loving my body massage & mesotherapy Miss Kathy is the best ❤️ All the stuff are very lovely always with a smile & you could feel that good vibe and love in this place 🫶🏻 I recommend this place 1000 percent. Been coming for about 4 month and it’s worth every dollar you spend . Also the teas are all amazing.

Ladies! Absolutely state of the art service. I've been coming for the last 2 months and each service has been beyond amazing. The staff is super helpful and amazing customer service. Jessica, the gal I drive 3 hrs to see, is extremely professional and understanding.
