I scheduled a last minute facial, should have known better. It said it was a 50 min service, my appt was at 1:45, she didn’t start until 1:55 or after and when she finished, I looked up at the clock because I knew it felt short.. and it was only 2:35.. I said something when I checked out about the service being short and all the lady at the front desk said was, “sorry if you come back for a massage, I’ll give you extra time.” No... you should give the full time for the service provided, that I paid $90 before tip on or if someone short someone, discount their service...I definitely will not return.

Tan is an excellent massage therapist with multiple skill sets! She's professional and efficient. Her calm demeanor, and caring nature only aide in the process of relaxation. She has a natural talent for finding the "kinks" I would not know existed... I highly recommend her for her multifaceted go getter approach.. If you let her treat you to a massage facial combo, you will feel like a million dollars!
