Annie is amazing! I started seeing her after I was gifted a session with her and I admit I was skeptical, I don't like being touched and I was nervous. Fast forward a year and a half later and I make it a point to come once a month to see her because I started to notice a marked difference in the way my body feels. She made me feel so safe and comfortable. She makes your body feel better and also educates you about what is happening in your body and why, and how you can adjust your day to day to alleviate some of your common issues.

This lady is amazing. She not only introduced me to TMJ massage therapy and has been working on introducing new ways to work those muscles for me, but also is so communicative and creative when it comes to what you need for your muscles while you’re on the table, including cupping! Cupping was new to me before Annie and when she introduced that method, it was amazing and I’m surprised that other massage therapists don’t use that method too! It has such amazing benefits. To top it off, her space is always energizing and serene. Very cozy and airy too. She is also amazing at working out your needs, health journey, and plan with her too. Annie is the best! She’s so knowledgeable about everything and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. If I could give this beautiful soul more than 5 stars I would! Everything deserves a 5 star rating, from the cleanliness and design of her studio to the work she does! She took the time to not only listen to every concern I had but, to explain how we were going to address them. As a neurodivergent person who isn’t the biggest fan of physical touch, Annie worked with me asking throughout the appointment asking how things were going and my comfortability. I have never been in such an accepting place! Wonderful experience all the way around!
