Heavenly experience. Booked a spa day consisting of a facial, wax, brow lift/tint, ending with a luxurious body scrub. Ciara has a wonderfully soft touch creating a serene atmosphere. Everyone should book now, it was that great.

I had an appointment with Ciara booked through ClassPass and unfortunately, I was stood up.
I arrived for my appointment 15minutes early as instructed on the app and waited another 15minutes after the scheduled time. Her door was closed, I knocked, and continued to wait. I checked my email and app for any communication, but there was nothing. The other woman working in the salon informed me that she is usually waiting outside her suite for appointments and that she probably was not there.
Very unprofessional and disrespectful of someone else’s time.
To my luck, I was able to find a wax salon nearby that did a wonderful job and I will continue to give my business to!

Everything was great .. She has a very gentle touch and calm spa room and my skin is just glowing from one facial .. So just if you're thinking about here's my advice RUN to her don't walk !! 🤣😭
