This place used to be my go-to when it comes to hair coloring, I've been a client for almost 3 years and my hair stylist Karla has always done an amazing job and her prices are very good (ranging from $150-$190). However, this last appointment I had was disappointing, Karla was not in town so I decided to book with a different stylist. I was charged $275 plus a $25 tip for a balayage that looks almost the same as what my hair looked like when I came in, I thought it was overpriced but didn't think much of it. When I got home I realized I had hair dye all over my forehead and on the sides of my face. Absolutely not worth $300 and very unprofessional. Needless to say I will not be coming back

They do not care about their customers unless they’re family or friends!!! I was miss treated, like a liar. I was quoted, one price and charged another !!..So embarrassing.!! I will be spreading the word, on how this business does not care about their customers, unless you are of friends and family. I can’t believe how bad I was treated, how they didn’t even care, that I was told one thing, and they were trying to charge me for another, treating me like I was trying to rip them off, when, in reality, they were the ones ripping me off. So embarrassing so unprofessional.!!! You don’t treat your customers like that!! Horrible!!! if I can give this place a zero, I would!! That is no way to treat people, especially customers!!!! you should communicate to your hair dressers,that they are not allowed to quote prices!!! & if they do, you should honor the price for the customer, & not treat them like a liar, with disrespect!!!!!!! Not good business!!!!

Amazing service and talented hair dressers! Carla did an amazing job with my Brazilian keratin hair treatment and love my results, I don’t have frizzy hair anymore! Carlos the owner was great in getting me in on a day and time that works best for. Definitely recommending to friends and family!!

I tried to give this place a chance many, many, many times. One time I went in to get a haircut, but they did not sanitize their equipment, I got a skin condition, and I had to go to a doctor, it has been months, and it still is not cleared. With that same haircut, I wanted a trim just to cut an inch or two. My hair was up to the mid back; they left it to my check, my hair was part of my identity, and they cut it off the way they wanted, not the way I wanted. I went to give another relative a haircut, and I tagged along. We were told it was going to be a thirty-minute wait, which we were ok with. But two hours passed by and nothing; WE WAS WAITING FOR TWO HOURS FOR A HAIRCUT? I SET A TIMER TO SEE HOW MUCH IT WOULD TAKE. I asked them again and again, and they kept saying, two more minutes, two more minutes, two more minutes until it was thirty minutes LATER. We gave up and left; we spent TWO AND A HALF HOUR WAITING there, FOR NOTHING. These people are so unprofessional; take your money elsewhere, please...so after two botched haircuts and a skin condition from the lack of sanitization of the tools later, and then waiting two and a half hours for nothing another time. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO OUT OF TEN STARS IF POSSIBLE. I WOULD SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE THIS IS INCREDIBLY UNACCEPTABLE. 0/10

PS. Appointments are a formality but do not matter at all; save your breath instead of making that dreaded phone call with these people; not worth wasting time with them at all.

I get my son Nathan's haircut here and only here cause Carlos is amazing at cutting hair. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone I run into! And I also have to say that the ladies who wax your eyebrows are amazing as well. Thank you!!

They are all so nice. They do not rush any hair cut. My sons hair came out so good and he was very happy. A little pricey. But I think it's worth it.
