Very nice atmosphere and staff. The receptionist is so friendly and always makes you feel like she has known you forever. The medical staff is very professional and precise with all of her treatment and procedures. And provides great insight on products. I would highly recommend this facility for all of your beauty needs.

My mother has been going here for a long time and her confidence has skyrocketed!! shes been struggling with a bit of chin hair and they are gone completely!! the atmosphere is soooo nice and the place is beautiful! the staff are so nice and judge free, super calming ?

Worst customer service ever. I drove 40 minutes to this appt and also took off that morning for work. When I get there, the girl at desk, I think her name is Meesha or something like that, said that the lady who was supposed to see me had had a wreck. (I’m sorry the lady had a wreck and I hope she gets better.) that wasn’t the issue. The issue was that no one contacted me that they needed to cancel. I had no missed calls and no messages. But yet they emailed me to confirm the appt the night before. They could have emailed me that the appt was cancelled. But not only that, the girl ip front says ‘I don’t know what to tell you’. No apology, no care whatsoever. My time is also important. And also there was a girl sitting behind counter stuffing her face with food. Terribly unprofessional for the whole encounter. Obviously i will not return.

The staff are wonderful. Took my husband for his birthday with our 3 boys and Meshia was great helping with personal set for surprise. This is now my new home

I've gone to Eternal Beauty for laser hair removal on my face as part of my gender transition from male to female and I have to say the results are amazing. I'm a completely different looking person from when I started in September to today. I had started from liking how I looked to completely loving how I look and appear. The staff is incredible and amazing. They are so welcoming and quickly knew how to correctly identify me and use my correct pronouns. They are incredible and provide such a great service. It may hurt like hell, but pain never felt so good in my opinion. They gave me the service I needed, but that also gave me a lifetime of really loving myself and for that I'm so grateful.
