I think the staff are super friendly and nice. They're social and outgoing, and the experience was pleasant. However, I am very upset with the outcome of my hair. It is not what I asked for, and it isn't like the picture I had given her either. I even made an effort to talk thoroughly with my stylist and keep the photo on my phone at all times so she could see it. She still messed up my hair and when I tried confronting her about it, she said that it was just new. While the haircut isn't bad, it's not what I asked for at all. Upon messaging a few people about it, I was told by them that it wasn't the first time that this stylist had messed up people's hair and that it was common for her. I wish I had known sooner so I would go somewhere else.

Does not take a walkin even if they say they do in the phone. Had an emergency and was told to come in that they had more than one lady in working and they would fit me in, and after standing there for over 15 to 20 minutes before someone came and talked to me, then advised me she couldn't take me and that nobody else could either. Will not do business there ever and won't recommend either.

I saw Katie for a fade. She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The entire staff was friendly. The place was clean and smelled very good. Would recommend

I love going to get my hair cut or even colored. Awesome staff and friendly atmosphere. My hair stylist is Julie.. reccomend her to everyone. She will do what you want if you say tips cut that's all she does. Highly recommend for all ages!
