I think these ladies do a nice job with threading. I sought out the service after a child had skin sensitivity to waxing and am pleasantly surprised. I think it’s better. It’s so nice there’s an eyebrow threading place in Castle Rock! Simran did a great job on my eyebrows - the only complaint is she knicked me pretty hard with the thread. I bled a lot in that spot and it’s been three days and it’s still really red and finally scabbed. Photo attached. I’ve never had this happen before and threaded my brows for 10+ years so hopefully it was a fluke. I was happy with how clean the place was and it was quick to get in and out.

Wonderful eyebrow service, I have not been disappointed ever with that service/their ability.

However, I can not say the same for their waxing service. Without a doubt I can say I have never had a worse experience receiving a wax. The person who was servicing me did not know the proper way to pull the skin taut and away from hair growth. When I told her that it felt wrong she told me I had coarse thick hair and that was why it hurt so much- not true I’ve had many bikini waxes and they have never hurt like this. Additionally she reused waxing cloth strips that already had wax and hair on them which is unhygienic in my opinion. Furthermore, she took her gloves off half way through the appointment and waxed me bare handed. I will stop there but I am extremely disappointed with the way in which she conducted herself because I don’t believe she had any experience or business doing a wax. I do not wish to tarnish the business because I have had many good experiences, but I do want to warn people in case they go through any treatment remotely similar to mine.

This is the best place for threading in Castle Rock. Both ladies do an excellent job. I get my whole face threaded and the owner really pays attention to detail in making sure that she gets all over. I'm very happy with the service here.
