Excellent customer service with this company. Very thoughtful and well written response to my email. My pyramid is very beautiful and I can tell there was great care taken in to making it, as well as packing it carefully. The amethyst is beautiful and the pyramid brings great energy with it. Recently I decided to invest in something to purify my office space, as work has been very stressful. I knew very little about these specific methods when I first started my research, but the employees helped me with everything I needed to know. Do not, I repeat do not order from this company. Pick another company that actually has a customer service team that can respond to simple emails. I ordered from this company, and I did receive the product. This was after seven emails with no response. Well my sensitive self decided to give them a second chance and paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING. Guess what, goose egged again.Its very simple, spend your money on a company that values its customers. This company is horrible.From what I have seen, I could of, and will next time order from the company that you can actually call.

Whatever you do in life - make sure you have your work done by masters- not professionals -masters.

Ezequiel provided me with (4) Pyramid Organite's.
