I’ve been coming to Face 5 Acne Clinic since September of last year, and I can confidently say this place has transformed my skin. When I first started, my face was extremely dry, and no matter what I tried, nothing seemed to work. After just a few sessions and using their recommended products, I saw a huge improvement. The owner and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, and they truly care about their clients.

Recently, I started treating my body as well, after wasting time and money on multiple visits to a dermatologist who kept giving me ineffective treatments. In just one appointment at Face 5, they correctly identified my skin issue and recommended a solution. Within a week, I could already see noticeable improvements—something my dermatologist failed to achieve after numerous visits. Because of these amazing results, I plan to start treating my back here as well.

As a business owner myself, I recognize when a place is truly legitimate, and Face 5 Acne Clinic is the real deal. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I never feel like just another number or that they’re just after my money. The staff and owner genuinely care, and their expertise makes all the difference.

I have so many great things to say about Face5… I was given a recommendation from a friend to reach out in August 2023 and I am SO thankful that I did. I spent most of my life on birth control that had always kept my skin perfect but when I had my daughter my skin turned into a nightmare. Hormones mixed with so much makeup with horrid chemicals (efforts to conceal breakouts) and diet all made for a bad combo. I had cystic acne that was so deep and painful that left my face swollen and inflamed constantly. Even lying down at night on my pillow was agonizing. Yuki and her team spent a lot of time analyzing my habits, stress levels, diet and every single product I was using to create a plan to naturally heal my skin. I’ve never been drawn to dermatologist prescriptions because of the mystery ingredients and side effects-looking at you Acutane- so this was perfect. I really felt understood and cared for and despite my anxious wants to have my acne disappear overnight, I followed our plan and was patient while the products worked like magic. Now a year later, my skin very rarely has breakouts and I am educated on how to care for my skin which is such an incredibly freeing feeling compared to the shame and embarrassment I felt before. Craziest thing to me is I don’t wear any makeup now and I feel amazing about showing people the real me without a ton of foundation to hide behind. I recommend Face5 1000% if you’re looking for a natural, wholesome fix with great quality products and a team that will get to know you and your skin. Most importantly, a fix that will actually work! If you’re on the fence or looking for options- this is the best you’ll get and you’ll be so happy you trusted Yuki.

I very first went to this clinic in September 2018. Anyone who reads these reviews probably is struggling with chronic acne (or works for Face 5, hey ya’ll!) so you will be familiar with my experience. I used to cry myself to sleep and feel hopeless because I thought my acne would never go away. My face was covered, I was in physical and emotional pain, and my anxiety was off the charts. By the end of 2019 all my acne was clear and we were focused on scar treatment. Now in 2025 my skin has been clear for over 5 years and my acne scars are healed. I am not kidding, Yuki and her team are more knowledgeable and dedicated to treating acne than any dermatologist I have ever met. But you cannot simply show up for facials and expect your skin to magically be healed. You need to change your habits, adjust your diet, change some of the products you use, and above all: always do your skin care routine morning and night! If you eat dairy or don’t wash your face at night you will probably wake up with a pimple or two. Just listen to Yuki and her team, follow the treatment plan and be patient. Holistic healing takes time and since everyone’s skin is a little different there is no bandaid/quick fix for a chronic skin condition. I added some photos, one recent with no makeup on and a photo of me in 2017 with about an inch of makeup on, trying to cover up a lot of acne on one of my less severe days. I used to always use a filter and wear makeup so I don’t have much evidence on hand of how inflamed my skin was but this will give you an idea.

By far the best skin care routine I’ve ever used. The products are gentle but highly effective on my skin. I’ve struggled with acne since 12 years old and since using Face 5 skincare, my skin has never looked better. The routine monthly visits for facials are my favorite part. I always leave feeling refreshed and clean.

Yuki is absolutely amazing!! I have been going to her for about 8 months and she has helped me completely transform my skin.
