Being new to the area, I’m so happy to have found this skin care place and my brow person! Sam did a great job! I was super impressed with her professionalism and friendliness. She was efficient and knew what she was doing. Oh—the woman who took care of me at the front desk (don’t know her name) was great also, respectful and helpful and so nice. Bonus: Beautiful & clean place right in the Briargate Promenade (🙌) and so easy to make my appointment. Which is good because I’ll be back.

Love this place! Super relaxing and calming environment, I swear I almost fall asleep every time I get a facial. I’ve been going monthly for facials and lashes and seeing Taylor, love her. My skin and lashes always look amazing. All the girls at the front desk are sweet and helpful. Can’t say enough great things about this location!

Jess is amazing!! So sweet and helpful. She always has great suggestions and the perfect product for what I need. I love the relaxing environment, not to mention almost falling asleep! It is always a very relaxing experience. The place is spotless and smells wonderful. I like going later in the evening; it's a great way to decompress and treat yourself.

This placed has saved my skin! Taylor is amazing. She helped me through products for my cystic acne and I see such a difference in just a few weeks. I also tried Nutrafol per her recommendation and love it! Can't say enough good things about this place!

I LOVE the Face Foundrié! I have visited a couple of times now, so here's my detailed review:

For me... the difference between a good business and a great business is the staff and the level of customer service they provide. The Face Foundrié provides high-quality services, fair prices, and amazing customer service.

The space has a very modern, clean, and beachy feel. The staff is friendly, while professional and knowledgeable about the services they provide, but they really just know all things skin.

Right now, my skin is going through a lot of changes, and I am not sure what to do, so their overall skin knowledge makes me feel really confident while receiving services from them.

I have worked with Bailey and Jourdan so far. I'm sure depending if you enjoy working with one Esti most, you can schedule with them regularly, but you can definitely schedule according to "next available," because I am personally don't always know when I'll have time to get myself in for some self care. Since they are becoming more busy, it may be a good idea to start scheduling in advance as much as possible!

Also, Sydney, the owner, is amazing and helpful with scheduling and answering questions... I have disagnosed adhd, and I can be really paranoid and indecisive, but she doesn't make me feel paranoid or indecisive. Shout out to Sydney for sure. (Also, Tiffany, who usually checks me in and out for my appointments... a real sweetheart).

I have been in at times where there is a very calm, relaxed, and quiet energy in the space (I was so relaxed that I fell asleep), but I have also had whole conversations (yeah, I probably needed that weighted blanket to chill me out some). So I think it's really just fine to be yourself, and that feels fantastic!

The staff makes you feel comfortable and confident no matter how you may be feeling about your skin on a certain day, and you'll leave feeling like Royalty, (man or woman), so don't be shyyyy! Just tell them what's going on.

I'm really lovin the products they've suggested for me, too (Snooze Cruise & Collagen Spritz).

I have another appointment today at 12 pm, (with Jessica!) so I am considering one of the membership options because I have been really happy with my skin and my experience since becoming a client at The Face Foundrié!
