Where do I even start! I started seeing Sarah at Faces I would say about 6 months or so. When I went in for my consultation Sarah was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I expressed my concerns and issues I had with my skin at the time; redness, texture, acne and acne scaring and some other things that I wanted to clear up and get under control. I just started using the product line Face Reality(10/10) and Sarah suggested to stick with that product and to do the Fave reality facials treatments. I can’t say enough good things about Sarah! She always goes above and beyond when I’m going in for my facial treatments. If I have concerns about what’s happening from month to month she takes a look explains and recommends whatever necessary. The customer service, the atmosphere, price points everything is exceptional! I will never go anywhere else. I’m 6 months my acne has subsided substantially, the tone and texture of my skins is becoming more even “glass skin”- acne had decreased 80% and not only does Sarah provide an excellent facial she helps me maintain my at home routine to keep the results. If you are at your wits end with your skin and need honest educational and experience- GO TO FACES

When you first walk into Faces, you can tell this isn't going to be just another facial or brow wax! The beautiful decor is relaxing and inviting, but it is clear this is a skin care clinic and not a fu-fu, overpriced, fancy spa. It is very private, clean and organized, and owner Laura Aussant is extremely knowledgeable in the latest anti-aging skincare treatments, tools and products. Her demeanor and insight make you feel as though you are at a Dr.'s office entirely dedicated to beautiful skin. After my first consult and treatment, I saw amazing results and simply felt more confident. As I near my fifth decade, I will continue to turn to Laura as my coach and partner in keeping my skin beautiful. I should also mention that she is a talented artist - shaping my brows and lengthening my lashes by lifting, curling and tinting my thinning lashes – making my tiny eyes appear larger and more expressive.

My skin has never looked better! Sarah has truly helped me to understand and heal my skin more in the last 5 months than I could’ve done in the last 5 years. She is so knowledgeable about what my skin needs, what products/treatments will help me achieve the results I want, and so much more. She is thorough and always walks me through the steps of my treatment so I know what we’re doing and why. I always leave with my skin feeling refreshed and glowing, and Sarah is the only person I will trust with my face from here on out. If you’re questioning whether to book or not, just go for it…you won’t regret it!

Laura is incredible. I have been struggling with moderate-severe cycatic and fungal acne for the last 4 years since stopping birth control and I am now 33. I researched Face Reality and learned it was a highly effective treatment program for acne sufferers. After my first treatment in the Face Reality Bootcamp with Laura and the new products she recommended for my specific skin type, I am amazed to say my skin has never looked better. I went from daily breakouts to maybe one or two between my biweekly visits. I am going on about 6 weeks in the program now and I couldn’t have asked for better results. Nothing has helped my acne like this place, and I am forever grateful to Laura!

UPDATE: I've recently completed a series of microcurrent treatments with Sarah and OH MY GOODNESS the results are incredible. It's like a facelift without the surgery or downtime. Lifted and luminous skin at almost 50 - yes please!!!
