I love Facial Aesthetics the entire staff is so kind and sweet. I see Jillie for injections and she is fabulous. Jillie is always professional, never tries to push anything on you and I always leave feeling empowered and confident. I have recommended so many people to FA and especially Jillie! I LOVE Facial Aesthetics in Cherry Creek. Bailey understands my goals - aging with the healthiest possible skin and looking my best. She is highly trained, an excellent communicator, and is assiduous in performing procedures and follow-up care. The office is professional, clean, and well-equipped. I have been going there for four years, and constantly receive compliments on the quality of my skin. Yes, it’s costly, but one is unlikely to find a better experience elsewhere. Jess was fab! We had a consult back in the fall and I ended up being out of town for a while but I went back in yesterday and she still knew everything we had discussed so we could start treatment right away. The appointment was super speedy and painless. The salon/practice is also beautiful and clean and super easy to park right outside. Can’t wait to go back for my check in and see the results of my treatment set in!

I had two different treatments this week, on different days. At both, Taylor at the front desk was warm, friendly, and helpful when I checked in and when scheduling next appointments. Sam shaped and dyed my eyebrows, and I love them. She listened to me and the results are amazing. Krissy is an exceptional aesthetician/injectionist. She was kind and listened to my concerns about my aging face! She answered my questions about Botox and lip fillers. I appreciate her ability to weave her expertise iinto providing excellent service. I booked future appointments with both Sam and Krissy., and look forward to using their services again.

I had my appointment back in 2021. The PA who carried out my appointment was amazing and overall I found the experience great. Until the very end. Unfortunately, the girl who carried out my transaction undercharged me (it was still a $1k~ something purchase so didn’t realize during checkout). She called me later on leaving a voicemail (I was at work) explaining the mistake, you could clearly hear her trying to contain herself, I felt TERRIBLE for her just listening to her voicemail. At some point the manager, or whoever oversaw the front desk staff, called me as well leaving an abrasive voicemail threatening to call the police.. making ME feel like a criminal! I was happy to fix the mistake, especially with the poor front desk clerk in mind, but when I called and made the additional payment I was spoken to like I was someone who tried to run out the door. Don’t recall the name of the woman at the time but it was 11/2021. So I happily paid but never went back. It would have been incredibly awkward had I chosen to. I hope that associate never got into trouble. My conclusion, the place is gorgeous and I love the gift bags they give you, but skills for conflict resolution were not there.
