Oh my goodness! Best facial my husband and I have ever gotten! I have rosacea which means extreme sensitive skin and I rarely get facials because I don’t trust anyone or many of the products out there.
We just moved to the area and needed to pamper ourselves so I did my research and read lots of reviews. Facial exchange has excellent reviews and I thought we’d give it a try. Like I said, the best! We could both noticed the difference and felt relaxed. I got the red light hand held device and the serum. We had couple’s facials with Ellen and Shannon and they were amazing! Great customer service, super clean and cool atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

If I could do six stars I would!. Rachel was amazing. Felt immediately relaxed slipping into the warm treatment bed where the magic happened. Tried the new bio repeel facial she recommended and as I post this almost 8 hours later I still have comments from friends and family on my glowing skin. After the peel and extractions the cherry on top was the red light they used, coupled with a neck massage, put me asleep immediately! Can't recommend facial lounge and Rachel enough!!! Go get yours!!

Wonderful experience with Riley today. My skin felt refreshed and moisturized. It’s a very relaxing environment - wish I could that every other week. And the water bottle at the end was nice touch. Thanks Riley.

If I could give 100 stars I would!!!! Where do I begin?! All around AMAZING experience from the ambiance and decor (gorgeous!), to the customer service to of course the AMAZING facial!! I got the facial + LED light + dermaplaning + microdermabrasion and I left with my skin glowing. Highly recommend and cannot wait for my next facial next month. Thank you Amber and team for a stellar experience!

I found Facial Lounge through Groupon and everything was fantastic! Rescheduling was easy when I couldn’t make it to my original appt. I booked a couples facial for my bf and I and we both really enjoyed the custom organic vegan facial with LED light. The experience was extremely pleasant and relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards!

I love this place so much! Every time I have gone everything was amazing. I was disappointed when I went this past Sunday. My esthetician was very unprofessional; her name was Jessi. I told her I booked the red light and at the end she didnt tell me that she didnt do it. I asked her and she nonchalantly said she didnt have time. I also booked a facial wax. In the middle of the facial, she said the wax machine was “broken” then maybe 5-10 she starts waxing my face with no warning (she never told me the wax machine started working or that she was placing it on my face). I have never had someone place wax on me without announcing they are beginning the process. She seemed upset that the cashier credited me back for the red light service that was not rendered. It was very uncomfortable. I still tipped and bought product.

Unbelievable experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you are made to feel like a VIP. Cassie exceeded my expectations with her professionalism, knowledge and overall care for her craft.
