Employees not friendly in Hope store.
(1) My recent visit I was not greeted by white girl when I entered but noticed she spoke to the white customer's who entered, yes I noticed that!!
(2) I asked other white lady about product not on shelf, she was rude. Said she didn't know when it would be in, she didn't check the back.
Now who wants to keep coming back and forth there for an item.

Not too good. Manager couldn't tell me why my items were ringing up more than what the sell paper stated and why the system took a $2 coupon off when I had a $3 coupon. Manager did not try and help resolve my issue.
