This place is very deceiving. I thought this was a low cost health clinic. I was told me "copay" with no insurance was $25. I paid that the day of. I then received 2 bills in the mail totaling $357. I called and requested to be put on the sliding fee and I send all paperwork. I have yet to hear back from them.

I would leave no stars if I could. My daughter was going here for allergy shots. She went to her original allergy Dr yesterday and they said. These people could have killed her. They were given her the shots in the wrong order and multiple shots in one shots. They were also charged her 30.00 every visit and was not supposed to. Don't go here they may kill you

Dr. Misori was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional as were the receptionist and nurse when we went to receive our second Covid19 vaccination. The actual shot in arm was quick and painless thanks to our nurse. We were very happy with our care there. They are the reason for the 5 stars!
The Town Creek medical facility however, had major water stain in a large area of ceiling in lobby. Hopefully this issue will be addressed as problems like these can cloud your perception of the experience. Only 2 stars goes to the office because of unsightly water damage in lobby.
