I would give it zero stars if I could. Bought a wig thinking it had baby hairs and it looked different in the display. Went to the parking lot realized she sold me one that looks different walked back in not to get my money back but to trade it and was told by the owner final sale. That’s horrible customer service. Especially when I have been a customer for years and never returned anything!

They sold me $130 wig that they said multiple times it can dye... it didn’t dye. It ruined my whole Christmas. I was trying to look cute on Christmas. It made me more ade that I couldn’t get a refund... when they lied. They have good price on breading hair.

The worst place every to spend your money. Go to cali’s they are the best. If you brought the wrong item they will exchange it for you. It don’t matter what it is. They really care I wish I could give them a negative 0. I brought hair and tried to exchange it not a refund the hair was never touched. And was told I’m stuck with it no matter the I would had to pay the difference to get the right hair.

The poorest customer service and employees are not knowledgeable.
Went to purchase Remy Goddess hair, the owner told me it was behind the counter and that I should ask the rep there. I did and she said “we don’t carry that hair” I asked if she was sure and she said yes. Then I’m looked and saw it at the back and pointed it out, she frowned and took the pack up. While asking for her suggestion in the color she very rudely asked me to move to the Side so she could check out other customers, which I did twice.
If I wasn’t in a rush to make my appointment I wouldn’t buy here. Great selection of hair but customer service is horrible!

Do not shop here. If they are going to be over priced then they could at least have decent customer service. Walked in wanting to buy something and no one offered to help. One girl was at the front on her phone talking about her schedule and Easter dinner while the other walked up (and right past me saying nothing)to partake in the conversation about dinner. Ridiculous! I suggest just buying online..it's much cheaper and you don't have to deal with the bs.

2 years ago : Ghetto, unhelpful women are employed at this store. 2 of them (the only 2 working in the store) walked right past me as I was waiting for assistance for an item behind the counter. Lazy & incompetent. I Won't be spending my $$ there.

This used to be my store! Even when I moved on the other side of town I still came to F.W. mainly because Jasmine is so great at helping me with my hair care needs & CoCo who is sweet and soft spoken has helped me with product tools. I really hope they find a new job soon so I can go there. I believe they are the only ladies keeping that store afloat. I went in Saturday, April 29th (after 430 pm) & asked for help in the wig area (I had an emergency & this was the quickest solution). The lady with the accent was helping another customer but the other young lady wasn't. She looked at me like she didn't want to help so I asked her if there was a problem, she said she was helping the other customer & I asked if both of them needed to help that one customer, she said yes (WITH ATTITUDE). I tried to ignore her ignorance and proceeded to ask for what I can for (100% human hair, lace front wig). She started wildly pointing in all different directions to wigs saying "that one, that one" ( I had no clue which wigs she were pointing to). I left her ghetto unprofessional rude self standing there looking stupid & walked out and went to another hair store where I brought TWO wigs Plus, other hair products! They have lost my business!
