This place keeps on getting worse and worse paid for the most expensive car wash car still dirty they will not run it back through again. I’ve never had a problem with this they keep on retracting their equipment because of failure that damages to vehicles which the worker just denied, and that’s a reason to all my friends with their vehicles quit their monthly memberships, going to be canceling all my monthly membership or finding another car wash around Yucaipa fast express car wash, and San Bernardino by Costco is way better than this place. The last three times I’ve washed my truck here. I’ve had problems this time they denied me re-washing and wanted to hand me tour in bug remover instead of washing it again, this just cost them another customer , when I was speaking to the manager, which denied the car for being re-washed. I told him if this is how business is going to be here I’m gonna cancel my memberships without haste. He grabbed his clipboard and said what’s the first membership ready to cancel my whole entire memberships that I have on several cars just to prove a point that he was right there was no sense of customer service just stubborn attitude which is probably cost his company several thousand dollars and more to come with poor customer service. I hope the owner and upper management reads this review and tries to rectify their customer service so they don’t chase off anyone else.

Worse car wash, does not clean anything. The bumper stayed dirty, the roller at the end was broken that left my windshield with spots of water. The guy also asked you to upgrade because the upgraded one have chemicals but would not guarantee the service! And to upgrade with a malfunction machine roll at the end? Really? What a joke! I do not recommend! FYI Pics are after the car wash. Yes very dirty like nothing happened.

This place lost its value. The air pressure hoses have all been removed. The vacuum suction is a lot lower than it used to be. One of the vacuum hoses for the station I was parked in was broken, the nozzle kept falling off. I paid for an upgraded wash and wasn't happy with it either.

This is my second time so far it is ok. I Believe the car wash goes rather quickly and passes the car through without giving it a good scrub. The dry feature is a quick pass. I am going to try a different wash as I did the Silver this last time.

UPDATE: (3/22/2024)
I decided to give the facility a break, and stopped in today to give it another try ... After my wash today (purchased GOLD) AND my car is still filthy. I have bug splatter on the front, the side mirrors are dirty the back of car and trunk dust and debris. I contacted store and was told about bug remover wipes; which I'll try. After coming back to pickup bug wipes was told the the quality of wash is real quick and bristles don't get every inch of car. I feel that's terrible because if I wanted to wash at home I would, you pay for a service for the ease and convenience ... Which isn't received here. Attendants are nice, but wash quality is poor. And vacuums are not strong and often times broken (like today)

One of the better car washes in town, the service is excellent and you can easily get in and out within a few minutes. The prices aren’t bad and you can use the self service vacuums for free after a wash. The only issue I have is that your car won’t exactly be squeaky clean afterwards, a lot of spots are missed including the side mirrors and the rear window. It’s a good place if you just want to rinse the dust off your vehicle but don’t expect your car to sparkling afterwards.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH SERVICE
If you use this car wash company, expect your vehicle to be somewhat damaged. The service associates never mention a disclaimer until you report damage. Not only was my antenna ripped off, but there are also small scratches on the top portions of my vehicle. They take no accountability because of the unmentioned disclaimer.

I was happy to meet Elijah the facility manager and crew with a membership issue and I explained my concerns with miss charges. He took care of it and with a positive results. Totally recommend Fast5express Beaumont for your car wash needs!
