This place keeps on getting worse and worse paid for the most expensive car wash car still dirty they will not run it back through again. I’ve never had a problem with this they keep on retracting their equipment because of failure that damages to vehicles which the worker just denied, and that’s a reason to all my friends with their vehicles quit their monthly memberships, going to be canceling all my monthly membership or finding another car wash around Yucaipa fast express car wash, and San Bernardino by Costco is way better than this place. The last three times I’ve washed my truck here. I’ve had problems this time they denied me re-washing and wanted to hand me tour in bug remover instead of washing it again, this just cost them another customer , when I was speaking to the manager, which denied the car for being re-washed. I told him if this is how business is going to be here I’m gonna cancel my memberships without haste. He grabbed his clipboard and said what’s the first membership ready to cancel my whole entire memberships that I have on several cars just to prove a point that he was right there was no sense of customer service just stubborn attitude which is probably cost his company several thousand dollars and more to come with poor customer service. I hope the owner and upper management reads this review and tries to rectify their customer service so they don’t chase off anyone else.
