We had a bad experience with a driver not delivering our package twice, but my 5 star review is for the driver that saved the day by picking up the slack for the original driver and finally delivering our package. Very unorganized it seems. Every Tuesday I get a food order and I always got it on time until it started coming from Mosinee FedEx, now it’s delayed every week until the next day and it is a food order. Totally not acceptable. What happens when summer comes? People doing food now have it on a truck that’s not climate controlled for multiple days until they decide they have time to deliver it. Honestly awful, and I legit called to request not to have FedEx anymore. Maybe they should set priorities levels or stick to delivering sometthing that is already out for delivery!

Update: Let’s just go ahead and add liars. It’s one thing to delay my package. It’s another to say you attempted it but business is closed. My house is closed or you just didn’t want to deliver my package Their picture to justify it is just a blur as if they covered it with their hand. Lol

This is the second time this month that Mosinee Wisconsin FedEx has delayed my package, 2 days in a row. after stating “your package will arrive by 9pm” both days.. delayed because of “dangerous weather” the dangerous weather is in the photos… and the truck was only 3 miles from my house… if I could go and pick it up from the facility 40 miles away I would but it’s not at the facility, its right outside my house, on a truck that can’t drop it off… very disappointed with Mosinee fedex.

I ship daily, I receive packages often, FedEx is by far the worst delivery option you could choose. I was supposed to receive a 2 day FedEx Shipment yesterday that I needed for business. It never came although tracking said it would. Their customer service is a joke, the way they mishandle packages is an issue. From this day forward, If a company I deal with wishes to send me something, and it is FedEx, I will tell them no, I no longer except packages through this pathetic company. I will never use them to ship or receive. Read their reviews, they are a joke and should be run out of business, and instead of the arrow in their logo pointing forward, it should be pointing downward, exactly where they can go.

Delivery drivers came to drop off a heavy crate had me sign for it which is fine. They slide it to the edge of their truck and I reached out to help get it down and then to my surprise I was left holding the crate tipped against me with the driver saying “you got it. Yeah you got it-“ and they climbed in the truck and drove away leaving me stranded.
It’s a fragile item inside the crate and the drivers couldn’t care less if I could manage to even get the crate flat on the ground let alone up my driveway before getting the heck out of there. Horrid service.

I must say, usually post offices and other such mailing centers give me anxiety, I'm not very familiar with the process of mailing out packages. But I have had nothing but good experiences at the Fed-Ex in Mosinee. Not only have my packages been mailed out fast and efficient, but the lady that works the front desk is AMAZING! She has been kind, patient, and very helpful! If my words were powerful enough, I'd tell the boss to give her a raise! It's not an easy job, but she made it easy for me! 🙂

drive no showed no note no nothing i was home all day watching my tracking. no attempt to deliver was made. fedex being fedex. this what i get for ordering from a company that uses the worst shipping company in the us... thanks whoever you are adam.
